NHS Health Checks
Through the NHS Health Checks service, Haringey GP Federation provides physical health checks for people aged 40 to 74 with no existing long-term conditions in Haringey.
The checks are offered to eligible patients registered at all Haringey practices. They help identify early signs of health conditions and enable practices to follow up where needed.
